Sweet and Sour Sauce with Vegetables
Ingredients:
Cassava fish (head and tail removed) 2 medium size (or any fresh fish)
Green Pepper 2 bells
Onion 1 bulb
Carrot 2 fingers
Cauliflower 1 head
Cooking oil 2 tablespoonfuls
Maggi shrimp tablet 2 tablets
Vinegar 4 tablespoonfuls
Pineapple (cubed) 200g
Flour 50g
Mill pepper (optional) pinch
Maggi Arome Sauce 2 tablespoonfuls
Method
Make incisions on the fish and season with Arome sauce.
Bake or poach fish as desired.
Cut vegetables into cubes and squares as appropriate.
Heat the oil in a pan , toss vegetables for 2 minutes ,add pineapple, vinegar and diluted flour and stir till a thickened sauce is formed on the vegetables.
Correct the taste with Maggi arome and serve over the fish on a serving plate or dish.
