Golden Fried Fish Fingers
Ingredients:
Fresh fish (off bone) 500g
Flour 250g
Maggi Shrimp 2 tablets
Baking powder 2 teaspoonfuls
Onion 1 bulb
Green pepper 1 fruit
Maggi Arome few drop
Method
Cut fish fillet into finger-like and season with Maggi Arome
Mix all other ingredients with water into a moderately thick or slack mixture (should coat the back of a spoon fairly thick)
Heat oil till very hot
Dip fish fingers into the prepared batter and fry a little at a time stirring to color evenly for 3 – 4 minutes or golden brown
Drain and serve
