Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Rice 500g
Maggi Soy Sauce 4 dessertspoons
Maggi Chicken Tablets 2 tablets
Eggs 4
Spring Onion a few strands
Onion 1 m/s bulb
Carrot 2 sticks
Cooking oil
Method
Boil rice with a little Maggi soy sauce and chicken tablet and a little cooking oil. Note: rice grain should not be sticky after cooking
Heat a pan (preferably a wok)
Add a little oil to the bottom
Break eggs into hot oil and stir quickly to scramble
Add chopped onion and cook for a few seconds. Add 1 chicken tablet
Add rice and stir
Add chopped spring onion and grated carrot and stir
Correct taste with Maggi Arome before serving
Serve with chicken (fried) or beef (shredded in a sauce)
Note: To get the checkered effect, boil the rice with the maggi tablet only and sprinkle soy sauce when stirring the rice into the scrambled egg
