Chicken Saute
Ingredients:
Flour 25g
Chicken off-bone 500g
Maggi chicken 2 tablets
Onion 1 bulb
Green pepper 2 fruits
Carrot 2 m/s fingers
Fresh tomato 2 fruits
Cooking oil 3 dessertspoonful
Method
Cut chicken into fairly small chunks and season with maggi chicken
Cut onion, green pepper, and tomato into squares
Cut carrot into slices
Heat oil in pan till smoky
Add chicken and toss till set (white in color but not cooked through)
Add carrot and cook for about 5 minutes
Add a little water and allow to simmer till chicken is cooked through
Sprinkle flour on the chicken while stirring
Cook for 3 – 5 minutes and add onion and green pepper. Cook for a minute
Add fresh tomato, stir in and serve with rice or any carbohydrate
